When will my order arrive?

Depends on the chosen shipping company and the delivery manager, we provide a group of shipping managers based in different cities, it usually takes 1-3 days for the order to be confirmed.


Is there delivery outside the country?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver to certain countries and cities specified on the delivery page. If our logistics system allows it, and depends on product weight information and rates for international freight forwarders, we can send your order to the desired destination with additional costs included in the final invoice


In case of manufacturing defect of the product?

You must read the return policy to know the conditions of return and exchange, in the event of a defect on the product, it has been agreed to return, the shipping value of the company is calculated, and the freight came back. As for the value of the product, it is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.


I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
